August has over 22 years of retail sales, management and buying experience. He began his retail career in 1986 at Emporium Capwell. Within Emporium, August managed furniture, stationary and electronics departments. Buying experience was in dinnerware, flatware and decorative housewares. In 1990, August began his sales career at K & A and became Principal owner in 2006. August is based in the North Bay and works with major accounts such as Williams Sonoma, Cost Plus, and Whole Foods Markets.

Cheri began her retail career back in 1990 at Macy's West. At Macy's, Cheri worked in management, buying and planning departments within electronics, housewares and ready to wear. Cheri made the move to K & A in 1999 and became Principal owner in 2006. Cheri lives in Oakland and is responsible for Williams Sonoma, Cost Plus, Safeway and Gumps.

John joined K & A  in 2007. John came to us with over 10 years of retail selling experience.  John has worked in sales for Williams Sonoma and spent over 3 years selling great lines such as Wusthof Knives and All Clad cookware. John is based in the Sacramento area and is responsible for key independent accounts such as The Cooking Gallery, Kellers,  and Nugget Markets.

Elizabeth comes to K & A with over 15 years of retail sales, buying, planning and product design experience. Elizabeth started her retail career at Macy's West in planning for the housewares and apparel divisions. She worked in buying offices in frames, stationary and china. Upon leaving Macy's, Elizabeth began her buying career in Intimate apparel at Mervyn's. Elizabeth lives in Oakland and covers key accounts such as Domus, Draegers, SFMOMA, Andronico's and Ideal Stationers.
